Shipping, Processing, and Order Times

Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
In general, deliveries take between 5 and 9 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping fee: Free shipping.
Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Please send us an email to cancel your order. Once orders have been shipped, they can no longer be modified.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be created once your order has been shipped. Please provide a valid email address to track your order. Click here to track your package.
Change of Address/Phone Number
If you would like to change the phone number or address provided with your order, contact us as soon as possible before shipment. Once the order has been sent, we can no longer change this information. In that case, you will need to request a reshipment and place a new order.
Order Tracking Issues
If you experience issues with your tracking number or the delivery of your package, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Tracking information may take 1 to 3 business days to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you may still receive your order. Contact us to receive an estimated delivery time.
