Refund Policy
In accordance with our Return Policy, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to submit a return request.
To be eligible for return to our warehouse in Asia, your item must be new, unworn, and unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. The invoice or other proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for obtaining a return label. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can investigate and correct the problem.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days after the return has been accepted.
